Every SHIFTR trailer includes a Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

What's Covered?
2-Year Structural Coverage: Your SHIFTR™ trailer is covered for structural defects in materials and workmanship for two (2) years from the original retail purchase date, when used under normal personal use.
3-Year Galvanized Finish Coverage: The factory-applied galvanized steel frame is covered for three (3) years against manufacturing defects in the galvanizing, under normal personal use. White rust, zinc oxidation, surface dulling, discolouration and the surface marks inherent in galvanizing and welding are not covered, and nor is corrosion caused by use or environment. Commercial, fleet and rental use is covered for twelve (12) months. See the Limited Warranty for full details.
Repair or Replacement Support: If a covered issue is confirmed, Futura Trailers will repair or replace the affected component with new or remanufactured parts, using Futura Trailers, an authorized dealer, or an approved service provider.
